While this process can be done successfully by listening to
the audios alone, many people are interested in an expanded
explanation of how it all works. In the past we would require
that people read the following document before proceeding to
the audio. But since it is most important to us that you actually
DO the process, we didn't want to add 33 pages of reading as
a prerequisite. Still, if you're interested, feel free to read

Then find a place where you can have complete privacy. Use
headphones if possible. Lie back and RELAX. The audios will

Guideline Number One: Don't try to do the process perfectly.
